I would like to buy a 10 marla plot in bahria phase 8 Rwp for house construction. Please let me know which is the best block/sector with the lowest price. I have a budget for plot around 30-35 lacs.

In this range you can get boulevard corner developed plots in sector F2 and F3.
There is no possession but the road, kerb are developed.
May be in a year or two the possession will be given.
The above suggestion is for investment purpose as it will yield some profit after possession. For ready to construct plots in F1 you need to increase about 1 million in your budget to get a good plot.

So this effectively means there is no plot with possession within my budget.
I heard from a few friends that Bahria market is down these days so this is the time to purchase.
