Hi,
I have 5 marla plot in Phase 8, rawalpindi.
Soil test reveals 8 feet depression from one side and 10 feet depression on other side of plot.
there is water seepage as well detected.
should I build house on this plot ? is that safe on pilling or other measures taken in the long run ?
or should I sell and buy some where else.
