Do you have any advise for me on PHA kurry road 30*60 house?
The option I have it is along with down payment and installment, the seller is asking 14 lac profit?
I want to purchase this for my family, it is not investment.
Your help would be appreciated.

These numbers are close but not accurate:
Down payment = 8 lakh
Installment Paid = 5 lakh
Profit = 14 lakh
Total = 27 lakh
Is it a house or plot in 27 lacs??
These are houses.
Why spending 27 lac on Kurri Road, where you can get a D type (2 rooms) in 32 lac in G-11.

Just clarifying one thing. Kurri Road are houses not apartment / flats.
Just an advise, go ahead for PHA Kurri House & try to bargain on asking profit or check / compare any neighbour seller in the same scheme.
G-11/3 and 2.
PHA and Housing Foundation and G-10 as well.
There are different sizes and options available.

The options Nasir is giving to you are FLATS....
So, PHA ones are houses, which are much better that flats of G-11... But, I think these PHA houses on Kurri Road will take 5 to 10 years to complete with all other facilities available, so, if you can wait for that much time then its good. Location is not bad.

These are flats which i am talking about. Located in G-11.Check out the newspaper adds.
