What is the future prospect of pha flats in i-16/3?
The price of category e plot in advertisement is 29.5 lacs on installments. Area 912 sq.Ft. Will it be good option to live after 3 years? Is there any chance of return on investment after 3 years?
Around 3-3.5 million you can buy a flat in PHA I-11 with same Area, all required things are already there and you can start living right away. I-11 has far better location as well.
Agree with Nasir.I-11 is better option than I-16.
