Pha has announced project of building flats in i-12. Just wondering if it is a good investment?

Some idea about approximate prices of these flats as prices haven't been disclosed yet?

There is a new project of apartments Deans Height in G-11/3. 30 months quarterly instalments 130 laks for 2 bed 1480 sq.ft 35 dwon. Second ctegory 2 bed 1650 sq.ft 37 down total 144 laks. 3 bed 2150 sq ft 50 down totall 187. You may know about location near 101 tower in g-11/3 main service road east corner plot of 8 kanal

While looking at the PHA flats in I-11, I am not very optimistic about I-12 as well…
