It is very costly.In this cost someone can get 5-8 marla double story house.So why should he go behind it?
Assuming an apartment is 1200 sq. Ft then you are looking to pay around 1.7 crores. If they have that kind of money then they can buy a house unless it is to be used as a second home for occasional use by the extremely rich.
It would have been better if the area of the apartments and the total price to be paid had also been mentioned. People can only evaluate if then know what else they can purchase for the same amount of money.
DHA is just behaving greedily as it can be seen from the prices of Pentasquare, which is not at all justifiable, even if they are in DHA phase 5 and what ever surroundings it have. No one can imagine to earn profit in this project, even if he would purchase a studio in 60-70 lacs, who will purchase it later on just a small pigeon hole?
You can get a 5 marla house in DHA in the cost of 1 bedroom apartment, may be DHA is focusing on some Arab sheikhs to invest and live during there stay in pakistan for shikar etc. :p
Seriously, I would like to buy a studio in Abudhabi or Dubai in the same price, where the annual return would be 50,000 dhs (6 lac per year, 50000 per month) but in Penta square only an insane will pay me 50 k for studio apartment.
