I would like to have your valuable inputs on a matter related to sales. I have two plots one each in gulberg residencia and pechs of same sizes. Now due to some financial urgency i need to sale out one. I would like to have your advice and opinion as to what would be advisable in terms of retaining for residential or mid term investment for at least 3-5 years. Thanking you in advance!!
Gulberg is much better then pechs.my suggestion to hold gulberg plot.
Gents is this true that new booking is opening in PECHS.IS this true? What will be the effect on already developed plots..and Is this right time to invest in PECHS?

How we can compare PECHS and Gulberg with respect to living standard in near future?
