What is the status of pechs now these days especially when top city plots have almost gone double whereas pechs plot are not going on original price. I have a possession plot in m block but strangely no one is interested. People are buying files in top city and pechs possession plots with electricity, gas and water are not selling.
What you advise these times, to keep in pechs or sell it even on loss?
