Dear all experienced guys,
I have bought the plot 30x60 in M block of PECHS in 1.6 million on installment plus 10% extra on main double road so total amount paid 1.76 million.
Please guide me, Should i hold the plot or sell it. If hold then min period to hold. I want to purchase after selling it in I-14/ G-15 non procession or I-16 procession area by adding amount.

As you told that you want to buy in I-14 or I-16. If prices are low in PECHS then also low in I-14 and I-16, mean you sale on low then also buy on low. After one year prices will increase in PECHS then also in I-14 and I-16.
And by doing this move you will get close to near main Isb.
