I had bought property and make sale deed/conveyance deed on nov-2016 in karachi. The property is situated at scheme 33. Property is mortgaged by bank.
After 22 month the bank told me that i have to pay withholding tax or wealth tax. I asked bank that i have submitted all required documents and amounts then why i paid further money ...
Can any one please clear my confusion that sub registrar can ask to pay further money to retrieve the sale deed. Thx in advance
