I have a lower portion vacant which is fully furnished with a drawing /dinning, master bed with attach bath and a kitchen. it is located in Johar Town.
I want to rent it to any single professional man or woman who can live with us as paying guest or can take furnished lower portion. Please advise.
How much tent do you gain from paying guest, with electricity, water and gas charges. And please define your Block also.
