I have purchased 5 marla plot in parkview gold block of 18 lac , but after 2 years no development started n society is saying its of worth 16.5. Please give your opinion. Should i sell it n buy another in some other society as i have heard rumors that lda has rejected it 2 times to approve. They will not aprove it in future too as it is near to ravi river.
