If you buying for investment to earn good returns you must look at previous appreciation in Park view …
previous 1 kanal F Block 1crore 75 lac.
now 1 kanal F lock fresh rates 4 crore
previous 8 marla commercial downtown 4crore 80
now 8 marla commercial downtown 6 crore 40
Apart from other things
already a lot of returns on previously owned files.
So looking at the market Park View isn’t a bad investment but
unpredictability is always thier.
Overseas and Golf estate location is yet to be decided, but
news is Model town opposite to Park view, whole society Land is bought by Park view and they will develop it
it’s not confirmed by any Park View official resources.
Overall Location Of Park View is not bad
development pace is good.
Buying and selling activity is frequent.
As there is demand in the Market things goes up the simple concept of business.
