If CDA is able to complete this project, the location is amazing. Rawal Chowk is nearing completion and this will have signal free access to Super Market and Jinnah Super.

This zone of Isb has amazing potential because others are focused on expanding to DHA / Bahria side and to airport side.

Apartment prices will be low if they are 10,000 in number. But seeing CDA, I don’t they will be able to produce these much.

In the end, CDA has taken too long in getting Park Enclave into a livable place. So this, too, might be hit with delays.
