I think case is reverse here. CDA is following BE and while launching this new phase, CDA also wants to cash provision of possession of few plots in Park Enclave-I. Two years before Bahria, after giving possession of some plots in BE-1, had made billions by launching BE-II.
But considering the price of Park Enclave-1, price of BE may be increased as well.

Mr. Khan, potential is there. But there are two reasons why price of BE is stand still after correction:
Presence of BE-II files in market and
Less trust on Bahria due to BE-II.
Otherwise standard of work and speed of work on site are excellent.
Tanvir sb, u r rite... The old smaller plots in BE, which are getting ready for possession in the near future, in my view have good potential for shortterm investment of 1 year or so.

Before asking about prices and installment plans, the first question that needs to be asked is whether CDA even has possession of all the land at the proposed site. I don't see anywhere CDA claiming that they have full possession of project area, a big Risk in CDA projects.
And just to clarify things further, the brochure available on website is for the Park Enclave-I new launch plots from last year, not for park enclave-II. As a matter of fact, except for an image of their newspaper ad, there is absolutely Nothing on their website about PE-II. That's bureaucracy for you.

Regarding possession, I also doubts that they have the required land. This new launch is just for raising more money....
Why cda not developing Park enclave like typical square shape sectors of Islamabad…
Sir jee, Park Enclave I k kanal k plots 2 crore se ooper sale ho rhay hein.... Development has been done at good pace in the last year or so....
So don't be disappointed.
