CDA finally kick-starts development work in Park Enclave and Kuri Model Village
Let’s see if it is only a news or something really starts.
Development work has already started. The contractor has moved heavy machinery on site and started the earth works.
What is Kuri model village? Is it planned on a village design? or just a luring trick? What is the location?
Kuri model village is a new more modern settlement to be developed by CDA where villagers from Kuri village will be given plots who are being dislocated due to park enclave development. It will not be an upscale development, just a well planned rural development with utilities and infrastructure.

It has 1 kanal and 2 kanal plots only. 1 Kanal plot booking price was Rs 1 crore 20 lakhs, but plots are selling on profit of Rs 20-40 lakhs depending on category and location.
Map is available and plot numbers have been allotted.
