Came across add on newspaper about two projects in d-17.Do any one of us had good in depth knowledge about authenticity of these projects...Red sun associates is name behind this both projects..And are being marketed by different names..Same project is it or different?
How is it for investment point of view..?
What is the land/plot price of 1 kanal in d-17 margalla view?
Theme for both websites are same,one is developed by Pak company and other think so is blog or wordpress...a free hosting service...??
Any information regarding Twincity marketing?

if you invest now you may have to wait, because property market is slow, but prices are high enough. 18 months back it was the best time to invest in D-17.
if you can wait for 2 years go ahead and invest in Pardise mansion.
Guys they have launched apartments as well,and while looking at website villas booking is still open? Does anyone know how are they performing on ground?Is there any price appreciation over there from last 1 year or so.?
Plus if someone know prices and payment plan for apartments, please share.
