Dear gents what is the status of mentioned subject apartment. Is it a good idea to buy one and will it bring some rent money?
Besides what is is the status of i-12 possession.

I-12 is possession (except for any probabaly patches). The problem is start of proper development work in I-12 that seem to be lingering on.
PHA intends to build 2000+ Apartments at I/12-1. Location is quite good. 2000+ is a large amount so it makes them apparently in surplus and undervalued unless demand for I-12 sky rockets. Price is attractive. However, as long as I-12 not properly developed and populated, Apartments future is uncertain. If you can hold that for 5+ yrs, it's quite reasonable. However for Apartments, Gulberg due to location quality is more attractive. Other notable locations can be BTs, DHA, Enclave, some along those G-series. Prices and quality higher then PHA.
If you could try to go for a plot or house rather then Apartment. Plot can be better but don't invest much unless a hint of proper sector level development in I-12.
Donot know much about I-12 flats.There are some newly built flats near to G-10 markaz also.
When do you expect that leveling work will start in I 12 ?.
If possession is there can you start construction once the buy a plot?

Abhi door door tak development ka koi nishan nahi hai. If you want to invest for at least 5 years than go ahead otherwise stay away.
