Pak Arab Housing Society Phase-II

Sir,

I bought 5 files in Phase 2 of Pak Arab Society the price of each plot is 20 lac during 18 month installments plan. I paid 6.7 lac for each plot but neither still true buyers are to be found and nor fruitful profit. Only fake buyers just like society property dealer making are ready to purchase without any profit on it.

Sir guide me should I hold or not? Is that good investment in future or not?

I am not rich person. I got these investment from savings and some family friends therefore, I need your true and best brother advice.

Brother; its better to sell these files and recover your money. Pls invest your hard earned money in credible socities after doing thorough research. The reputation of Pak Arab society is not good.
