I want to get a gray structure of my house painted. Can some one guide me?
1. Which paint to buy, i was thinking of using master paints but painter advised me not to as its coverage area is less and its hard to find orignal paint, they say mostly they are locally filled.
2. Also what is the labour cost?
Berger and ICI are good paints
First paint should be of good quality. Paint expense is not much in new house. It's the primer and wall putty which has the most expense.
Primer is oil based solution which creates last bonding between cement and paint applications. Primer is very important to have lasting paint.
All depends upon your budget. If you have budget,
First thing should be Berger or ICI's primer, than wall putty from same companies and paint the end.
Whole point is that in grey structures, primer and wall putty quality is much more important than selection of your paint.
I also want the estimate for 40x80 feet house, covered area is 40x60( 10 feet front and 10feet back garage. Its a double story. I want to use ICI
