This project doesn't get much attention due to absence of dealer mafia in this society and high transfer fees. I think it is the best project near new islamabad airport. Society has already delivered much better returns compared to top-city etc.
It is the best long-term investment near the new airport and no doubt will stand ahead of the pack in that particular area once all set and done.
I agree to this. I think in one years time PAf Tarnol will see a significant increase in prices
Imran and Hamza @ In the presence of F-17 and Faisal town, why do you think that PAF will rise in 2015? what are the factors behind this as i want to understand for investment purpose.

Thanks for raising this concern. As per my opinion F-17 is part of Zone 2 Islamabad but this society will always have security issues as it has very vulnerable location and a corrupt society management. Compare this to PAF and security will not be an issue.
As far Faisal Town and PAF there is no comparison at all. Just will till both will be developed, Faisal Town will be a slump compared to PAF. PAF previous track record speaks for themselves very loudly.

Gul Khan, There are no small plots in PAF Tarnol.
Asad Malik, Society has adequate water supply, electricity infrastructure is still under development like roads and etc. But this is PAF brother, they are very able people who did and still can deliver.
Faisal, I know multi little too well, so let's just not go in to that argument. As far PAF Tarnol, you should visit sometimes to explore further as google maps are not updated frequently for Pakistan.
