I call a dealer about the p-block bahria enclave-i, the dealer told me that the p- block is special for those which suffer from eclave-ii, thier files will be merging in p-block.So any one want a plot here in p-block enclave-i, we can buy a file from those which suffers in enclave-ii on 5lacs of enclave-ii, when we will merge that file in p-block that file will be of worth of 9 lacs, and further on installment, i doubt thats this is another trap.. Or what is this..

Mushtaq this is not a trap but this is actually happening in many other sectors of BE-1. Bahria oversold thousands of BE-II files and now buying back through merge option. If you don’t trust even BE-1, then you can sell files at around 5.50 lac and move out, or else book in P block and merge your files at 9.50 lac per 5 marla file.

Do take the headache of someone else unless he is your loved one. Dealers will say this to make money, but, chances are that you might go under stress while buying and merging, pending installments, fines etc.

This is happening in real... You may call it a trap, but BT is using this for escape of existing trapped people in BE-II...
