Salam,
Can someone advise to where to invest as a overseas for a decent return in 1-4 years ideally in islamabad.
Thanks
Depends on amount of money to be invested.
Its between 50-60 M
Invest in DHA-2 or B-17.
Thanks
What do you think of sectors C-15 or C-16.
For 1-4 years investment.
C-15 is very good for 15 years plus investment period.
DhA-2 is rising now on fact it has risen already while B-17 is down at the moment. In DHA-2 you will get compromise location due to low budget but in B-17 you can get excellent plot of good height plus corner location in C block.
Great appreciate your time.
Paki-1 is absolutely right.
1:Dha phae2
2:Gulberg
3:Bahria phase8
4:B-17 B or C block.

If its 50-60 Million, (5-6 crore) then you can do a lot of things.
But i assume its a typing mistake, you are talking about 5-6 million :)
Sheikh sab i think one zero is extra.
Regards
Yes apologies it is 5-6 M.
My first choice was in B-17 but in sector A only because the plot sizes are bigger and won't feel congested when fully developed.
But then when I came across sector C I think considering its location which is very close to margalla hills it will be a nice place to live.
Also like to mention that I am settle in uk and already got some land and family houses in lahore and rawalpindi. I am not looking for quick return but a place where one could consider building a holiday home in future.
If you are not too bothered about immediate profit, then also consider Multi Orchard 5 kanal becz it’s a huge plot where you can grow trees and have a massive lawn etc. Price is almost in your range. It will rise too inshaAllah.
Bahria Enclave 10 Marla with possession plot. You’ll need to stretch a million or two thou
To all overseas brothers and sisters, please feel free to invest in Pakistani real estate, because it gives good return on investment, but please make sure you invest in known brands to avoid any frustration or losses. You should always look for minimum 3-5 years period for a decent return or completion of development.
Good advise Isloo Sb.
But unfortunately it's not as simple as it's looks. As a overseas Pakistani in Europe off course there is fluctuation but other than 2008 crash it's normally very steady but in our Great Pakistan everything's depends on either the government or the trend, which for us or at least for me is hard to understand.
Usman, in Pakistan too prices are steady but only for those who invest sensibly, longer term and in actual property. Day-trading in files (off-plans), forms (pre-sale registration) and property flipping (short-term investment) is what is most risky and not advisable. Just buy yourself a residential plot or book an apartment or commercial office/shop and rest assured it will give you good return when construction/development is complete.
People in this land of pure have become too greedy. Dealers and marketing firms show them false dreams of 'doubling' the investment in weeks, and they get trapped. Now this is not the fault of the market, but their own greed.
