I have a plot in developed area of F-15/1. It is second to corner and faces small commercial market. There are ready houses next to it and around it.

First Question: I am thinking of selling it and moving my investment to G-14/3. Is that a good idea?

Second Question: If I try to sell the plot through property dealers, they will try to take 'juice' from it; they will give me token money for less than market price and then find a buyer to sell it for the actual market price or more.

So I decided to sell it myself by advertising on Zameen.com. How much should I quote for it? I am thinking to quote a high price and saying it is 'negotiable'. What do you think Syed Bhai is a good price to quote?

I hope so it will be a good decision to shift your investment in G-14/3 (depends on development of G-14/3).

You are right dealers will definitely try to buy on cheap rates. Remember one thing whenever you are or any one trying to sale a plot just give that plot to only 2 or 3 dealers not more then it people usually spread plot in whole market and then a fight begins in between dealers and everyone is trying to get commission & start quoting fake price in market.

There are different rates in F-15 if you can give me exact plot number then I can tell you a reasonable demand and actual trade price if you don't want to disclose it on forum or even with me then simple tell me street number.

Generally in F-15/1 plots prices are Rs 28 lac to 45 lac. As you told your plot is in developed area and if it is a level plot it should be around 38 to Rs 45 lac but can give you exact info after knowing the plot number

Yes 60 x 90 price is much high. I was talking about 40 x 80.
