My father died some 25 years ago and he left a house, that was automatically named for my mother. We all lived there for a while until i got married off, my older brother and his two younger brothers lived there, eventually he managed to kick out the two brothers and he began to renovate the place without our permission. Now he is in complete denial of giving us our share of the property and continues to renovate claiming that it is his house. What legal action is it possible for me to take?
