I have a one kanal hilltop plot in phase 5, as I live abroad with family, I need brothers honest opinion whether to sell this plot or build on it.
What is the present value there if i were to sell it. And buy a ready built some where else.
As I do need some kind of house in Pakistan to keep my identity alive for my kids.
Also can any body recommend an honest estate agent.

To the best of my knowledge, it's good to keep that plot. Phase 5 is considered the best phase of Bahria.
If you want to sell it, you should get a good price as well but its a good safe place to spend your vacation.
You may consider constructing the house thru a referred contractor from your friends/family or hire a contractor in the time you visit there and have the structural part done in your presence, rest are details only
