Overseas Pakistani Commercial Investment Advise Needed

I am an overseas Pakistani and would like your opinion if this will be a good approach to invest 4.5 million in commercial in NFC 2 (4 Marla) Lahore and 4.5 million in DHA Valley Commercial (4 Marla Orleander Block) in Islamabad? I have 9.5 million budget and would like experts opinion. Please do advise so if you think if there is any other better investment. You guys are doing an excellent job and I am deeply impressed. Thanks.

NFC 2 and DHA Valley are safe companies? Lately I heard many frauds in housing societies in Pakistan. Please advise.

Brother, for how long can you hold your investments because both of the investments are likely to mature in long term.

NFC could be trusted for sure, coming from my personal experience that is. As for DHA Valley, brother these are big names we are talking about, they are expensive and likewise dependable.

The frauds usually occur when small developers come up with plans which are too good to be true of too economical…

Plan is to hold the investment for around 5 - 8 years.

My Concerns are

1) Regarding NFC according to my budget (4.5 Million) i can only buy 4 marla commercial behind the main 120 feel bulevard road. Is this an ok investment?

2) Regarding DHA valley i read in this forum that DHA might even cancel some blocks because of over booking plus there is no timeline, maybe they do not even decide to build it for another 10 years. Please advise.

3) Is there any other better investment in Lahore and Islamabad that you experts know better since you are in the market. Deeply appreciate your help.
