Brothers i am planning to buy a plot in bahria safari valley rwp. I have come across different categories fo plots once i consulted the market:-
Boulevard
Corner
Boulevard back
Now due to these categories these plots have a little higher price than their adjacent plots. But i am not clear that what actual benefit these categories will give me if i pay extra for it?
For corner plot, yes extra land is a benefit but that will have to be paid again. So what other benefits it has, if u can guide me on the subject.
I want to know the benefits for each of these 3 categories stated above, so as to decide to go for it or not?
