Dear forum members what is the latest update on the taxes being charged on sale & purchase of plots of various sizes; kindly update.

Is it wise start house contruction in E-16/3 now? How long it will take futher to have market, school and other facilities in the society? How much budget i should have for a 50x90 double story house?

Facilities are being increased gradually. The more the population, the more will be the facilities.

I would like to request the respected members to avoid these unnecessary feuds & accusations and instead focus on the actual issues in the larger interest of the public/members.

Furthermore, kindly update on the taxes applicable in cabinet society & the date of its effectiveness.

Tax applicable after 1 July 2016 are as follows:

CVT on 500 sq yd = PKR 50,000

CVT on 1000 sq yd = PKR 100,000

CVT on 272 sq yd = nil

CVT on 200 sq yd = nil

Is there any impact of taxes on prices & sale purchase of plots in cabinet these days?

Nice for 40 lak few years investment?

All of a sudden there has been a jump in prices of Cabinet plots in the recent past. Is it a temporary phenomenon or will remain the same for long-term since sometimes Cabinet moves backward as well.

Dear Senior Members/Authorities/Experts of this forum, Iam not new in this forum i regularly read your precious comments and i finally decided to purchase a plot in E-6 because of good rates and the main thing its location in future after development of surrounding areas like New Airport , Margala facing and interchange etc.

I wonder when i went there to visit and know howknow about prices with property dealers i confused that 2 different type plots and rates find. E-16/2-3 are high prices and adjacent RP they offer 7-8 lac .can any one clear this view please and let me know the exact price of 10 marla in e-16..Best Regards
