The rates are generally in a a range 35 to 45 depending on location. For level plots people ask for somewhat higher in this range.

Just paid a visit to E-17/3 and apparently i saw gas meters installed at houses overthere. Every house made at e-17/3 had a gas meter, and i visited there atleast 3-4 months back. This surely is a positive sign
