Just FYI, I also visited Cabinet last weekend and found even now in E-17 three houses are under build. Whereas in E-16 houses numbers are increasing at my each visit.

Excellent update Shabir Sb. Very natural as being the first sector closer to GT, with more houses and potentially more smaller plots. If construction activity picks up - genuine buyers enter market - next 12-24 months can be interesting.

Fan bhai it has better outlook because of straight line and square shaped development, Habib Rafiq development works. Especially E-17 where most plots are one kanal size.
Main roads in cabinet are 2 lane on each side only.
In b 17 there are 3 lanes on each side… But stone crushing is there
No comparison between B17 and cabinet on quality of development … That is why b17 is twice the price even though cabinet is closer and no crushing
The quality of development in B-17 is pathetic, there are a lot of plots with filling. I have seen people crying when they try to build house on plots with filling…could not find any thing execpt a ditch of dirt…MPCHS is corrupt from top to bottom. Price hike in b-17 is due to very active dealer mafia headed by ch majeed.
Yes development standard wise no comparison… I want to build home somewhere in zone 2. I liked b 17 but distance and stone crushing/dust are the main issues. Distance can be compromised, may be after some years margalla avenue gets completed but stone crushing is the real problem… Cabinet on the other hand is good location wise but maintenance wise not so good, no street lights, small main roads, boundry wall isnt completed yet. In F 17 multi roads are not as big as in B 17, acess is not so good currently. Other wise its good. No society is perfect… G-15 is too much expensive
For people with limited budget and want to own a big house at good location cdechs is good. Additional beauty of the place is solid land without filling. …
Agree with Million$ - cabinet is good value for money
Dear Milion$$$ the development of infrastructure i.e. Roads, markets, parks, mosques in B-17 is much better. However I agree there is lots of filling like Bahria and some houses are sinking despite a raft foundation.
Cabinet does have the edge of having on very solid ground but doesn't have similar infrastructure, commercial available
Ultimately with population growth in Cabinet it will make good progress in development standard. The important thing is basics are strong in Cabinet. Most plots are one kanal size so less congestion. And streets are as per CDA specifications and works were carried out by Habib Rafiq. Once people start living everything will follow, including price hike.

Work in progress with good speed in E-16/3.
Any idea about price of plot in E-17. I heard there are few plots of 40*80. A friend of mine wants to purchase but 40*80. If someone know the prices please let me know. Regards
40x80 plot is roughly of same price as 50x90 but depends on location. I think roughly 40 for road level plot.
