Khan Sahib… Currentag is a very old dealer dealing with CDECHS. What is their assessment?

Yes, they are the oldest one dealing with cabinet. They themselves have high stakes there like mariam arcade and many plots. With the new phenomenon of open files and new dealers offices there they are hopeful and rightly so that prices will rise. Though I don’t have any plot in cabinet anymore but I feel like it is the best time to buy before the rise starts. The dealers will not sit idle there and obviously they will manipulate the market. However, expecting a big jump will not be fair, I guess 10 to 15 percent rise in next 6 months will be a fair expectation.

What are current rates of 30*60, 35*70 & 50*90 in cabinet society. Are the prices there stagnant, increasing or decreasing at the moment. Fair assessment is requested pl.

24-28 Lac 30*60

28-35 Lac 35*70

35-45 Lac 50*90

With exception of Main Boulevard & Corner

Slow but solid growth 4-5% per annum

which 3060 plots are worth 28 lac, also what is the price of a normal 5090 level plot in E-17.

I bought 50x90 for 32 lakhs in 2013. Level plot on 50ft road. E-17/3 street 38.

Will launch of Faisal Residencia have any impact on prices in cabinet?

It would have a positive impact on Cabinet but the results will appear with the development of Faisal Residencia which will take time.

Are the prices increasing or stagnant/stable at the moment?

Inching up. The thing about Cabinet is that it rises slowly but it’s a solid increase. Doesn’t fall as it is standing on solid ground of genuine buyers looking to build a house.

File business started. Too many new files in market.

All depends on where the money goes generated from files … If the management is greedy and eats it up, it may be last nail…

I do wonder against what new land they are selling files? Hopefully not re-selling our plots with duplicates

There is land that they need to acquire. It’s part of their map but I don’t know if it is possession issue or title issue but this management needs to be pushed into action or pushed out.
