Recently, I have seen some advertisement on certain tv channels regarding olypmus mall. It is a project of manifestgroup and i think it is located in F-11. I wanted to know how credible is this project/group, how do you see the future of this mall?
The reason why it looks lucrative to me is because it is on installments, can someone please elucidate weather it can be a good investment for shops or not. Because I have budget of around 3 million, I want to invest into something safe even if the ROI is not huge.
