We had house build on third floor which was unfurnished and constructed few years back. However recently we have tried to refurbished and got it plaster the fall when civil authority came and destroyed the roof from few places.
I am looking for help or legal advice to get the house back on track. There is few houses in the area have 3rd floor and area people suggested is all about money.
Can anyone advice or guide me what to do next to make sure it can done legitimately?
