I have 125 yard balloted plot in p-31, bahria town. Recently i got successful in dck 125 yards short ballot. I only want to double my amount so that i can get a chance to sale my property and get some property in karachi city centre. What do you think if i take out all my amount from bahria and invest in dck, would it be double in an year or not?
