O-9 or Zone 2 / 1

Dear Gurus, Aoa, i have a 1 kanal plot in A-block of O-9(national police foundation. First of all i want to know its current market rate. Secondly i would like to seek advise from the Gurus whether i should retain it for some more time or sell it out and invest in some other place i.e. Zone 2 / zone 1 / Gulberg A-E block. (If the advise is to retain it then for how long and if otherwise then where to invest?) thanks and regards.

PLease sell it out and invest in zone-2, f-17 t&t or wherever in zone 2.

Yes it will be a good move to switch to Zone 2 if you can. My advice is to buy in 15, 16 or 17 series such F-17, G-15, F-15, E-16/17, D-17, B-17 (A, B or C blocks). 18 series is outside Islamabad limits. If you can afford it then stay within ICT limits.

You should sell it and invest in Zone 2 for sure.

O-9 Plot prices are on the max now, they will increase but not very much, only genuine demand now remains there, only those who want to build house.

Zone 2 is started now, it will take time to reach the level of O-9 and there is much juice in Zone 2 property rite now.

Zone-2 full stop.

Now the thing that should be considered is how much capital you have.

Either split in 2 plots 50x90 each in E-17/3 and B-17 C block.

OR

D-17/2 5 kanal farm house. Very high returns can be expected.

Cheers

Thanks for nice input.

Liquidity of around 8 Million is expected for the time being.

@waqas . This is a good amount to invest. You can consider;

1) two plots 50*90 in f-17 t&t(with possession only)

2) one plot 50*90 b-17 block b

3) two plots 50*90 e-17

4) two plots 60*90 d-18 echs

5) one plot 40*80 g-15

These suggestions are only for approximate prices, please check market for present rates. You should consider other members suggestions as well.

Wish you best of luck.

@ crore patti. O-9 is police foundation, near pakistan town and pwd colony. This location is technically same place as the strip “O” will intersect the strip “9” in Islamabad master plan.
