I was trying to post an ad to zameen for my property but it said insufficient quota. I made a payment of 3000 and bought one quota, but still it says insufficient quota.
There was no mention of the quota needed before I made this purchase and zameen has taken my money to give me something worthless as I can see. This is fraud.
Please hire a better IT team and tell people what they need to pay before the ad can be posted, as well as tell the customer that you wont refund the amount paid.
