One of my friend have purchased 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town phase 7 Islamabad. He is residing in KSA he is bit concern about charges. He bought this plot in 2008 and has no mood of construction in coming 3 years. Any senior member guide about how much these charges are.
I went to bahria office today they told me that there is no charge as at the moment for phase 7 and 8
Yes there are no changes according to my information as well
I think that once most of the plots have been built upon, then they may start charging for services to people that have not built their houses.
