Dear Friends,

I want to know that Bahria Enclave Islamabad got NOC from CDA or still not?

From the web search, i got this NOC number, no idea whether it's correct or not>> (No. CDA/PLW-MPC-1(365)/2011/)

Is it safe to invest in Bahria Enclave project at the moment?

I am also looking forward to invest in Bahria Enclave but no idea is it safe or not. If any expert can answer?

As far as I know, this NOC is for the layout plan only which is misleading. if you go to the CDA website, the NOC is NOT issued for any of their schemes in Zone IV.

Agreed with MBS. Their lay out plan is approved they will get NOC but right now they don’t have, Investment wise, it’s safe so far. There are no legal issues to invest there.
