Why there isn’t any price rise in possession sectors like G 13, G 14/4 and D 12??
Dear Fahad, rates in G-13 and G-14/4 are already too much. For example, a 25*40 Plot in G-13 and G-14/4 is not less than 52 and a good plot price ranges from 54-60, infact people are asking 65 in G-13/4. The rates got stagnant in these sectors, but they will take a jump soon after Eid when expatriates will come on Eid and invest and there will be genuine demand in market, plus they are now developed sectors, and prices are too much so no investors are attracted here anymore. And when we talk about D-12, the prices are already too high. After completion of Kashmir Highway and Development in G-13 and G-14, rates will again take a lead.
Smaller size of Plots (25*40) Price in G-14/4,G-13 & D-12 is increased 18 to 25 lekh in last 10 months. Bigger size plots price also increased about 20% to 30%.

Agreed with fahad…They are totally stagnant for last 5 months especially g-13 and g-14/4…
A trend I have realised in Islamabad is once prices hit the crore mark, then they very slowly creep up at a snails pace. A lot of money appears to be coming in zone 2, so rumours have spread regarding rawat airport to pick up prices in zone 5. Zone 1, shouldn’t be any problems there…it depends upon the society really.
