Property prices in Lahore are stable but still no rules for prices, there should be a governing body… Plus cycle of slump is coming near, but it will only affect developed societies but not to newly developed or undeveloped, plus my q is what if Imran Khan comes in power? Plus how much still Lahore property can achieve heights if all things remain calm?? Bahria Town one man show now focusing in Karachi, this is why prices down, plus not approved from LDA etc, is it not safe as DHA is. Anyone have second views on this? In 2003 end Johar Town prices were too high and than slump arrived, even if one Kanal in Johar Town went from 90 to 70, those near by town WAPDA etc were in development even you can sell in 60 and buy in WAPDA, NFC, or other 3 Kanal in this price, and now even Pse 2 of most societies even 5 Marla is too high, no slot for new ones to invest ???
