NFC2 vs DHA 11 vs AWT2 in Lahore

Which is best to invest in for about 5 - 7 years:

1. Nfc2 1k plot

2. Dha 11 [halloki gardens) 8marla plot

3. Awt phase 2 - 1k plot

Or 4. Dha gujranwala file of 1k?

The budget is around 3.5 million.

10-Marla plot in Fazaia Housing Society Lahore would be much better option in this budget. If you buy 1-Kanal plot in AWT phase-2 that is also good.

NFC Phase-2 and DHA Gujranwala needs lot of time to develop. Halloki gardens location is not so good and plot size is also smaller.
