NFC Phase 2 Lahore approved by LDA? I don't see it in approved list of societies on LDA website.
Can anyone shed some light? Also I saw 2009 post on a website, below is link. That J,K,L,M all plots are pledged with LDA.

Are they still pledged? And does that mean pledged plot shouldn't be bought as they are in LDA custody? Please help to understand.
Looks like no one has insight? Ok can any one tell its safe to buy mortgage plot? That is pledge with lda?
