Humayyun sb is it worth it to invest in new metro city gujjar khan?
Now a days dealers are creating hype for this project and claiming that it will go in profit right after launch.
any negative point of this project? on youtube every one just claiming very positive project but no one share any negative point.
To me, the only negative is the location much far away from Main RWP/ISB than other societies in the region, rates are also expected to be around 25lac for 5marla which is too high for gujjar khan location.

rates are high, good for gujjar khan people and living around not for rwp/isd people and the guy has not deliverd a project in Gwadar and people are suffering, he is following MR policy “aagay dor, peechay chor” launching new projects but not paying attention to old project. In my point of view dealers and investors will earn in short run but for genuine buyers it will take long as prices are too high
