New city housing society phase 2 is located on gt road near bahtar morr wah cantt. The bookings are on cash as well as on installments of 3 years. However they promise to give possession after 3 years. Despite the installments plan, they use the installments money to develop and sell plots on cash at much higher rates using the money of the customers. The plots booked in 2010-11 were delivered in february 17 after 6-7 years of booking whereas the society was supposed to deliver in 2013-14. Again for the plots booked in 2012 extended dates are being promised and plots sold on cash at higher rates… The matter is very serious and the customers are helpless. How to solve the issue.
Brother this is a big problem but you and me cant do anything about it. To be honest feel lucky if you get plot even after 7 years.
They had to give us plots in blocks M,N ETC BUT THEY GAVE TO THE CASH CUSTOMERS ON HIGHER RATES… LET’S RAISE VOICE ON THIS OPEN FORUM… OTHERWISE CONTACT THE SOCIETY THRU LAWYERS BY A LEGAL NOTICE… I THINK THIS WOULD BE A SOLUTION. DON’T BEHAVE LIKE HELPLESS… TIME’S CHANGED AND NOW NEED TO DO SOMETHING…
