I’m looking for 5 marla plots in range 30-40 lacs for pure investment. But i’m confused which location is better. I have short listed 3 projects with locations in different corners of islamabad/rwp.
New city phase 2 executive block
Bahria enclave 1 b, h and n
Gulberg residencia
What i like most about new city is the fact that plots are finalized and one can select plot at the time of purchase.
What i can see none of these above mentioned have noc but are at least not listed among illegal societies.
Kindly guide me :) also give hints about better block within these societies.
Brother some corrections:
- Residencia has CDA NOC.
- BE only I and some undeveloped N (only few plots) falls in that range of Min 40 (double check plot not in depression).
- If it was 50+ I Would have suggested Gulberg.
- In 40 BE, Secotr I (will rise as it's closed to Civic Zone)
As a personal choice I would go for I-16/4 (possession) or I-15/1-2 (under developed) in 40 lakh range. Others like Top City and Mumtaz City also seem good in that range!

Jahan bhi lein bas possession plot laina, files k chakar mein mat parna. Jaisay Imtiaz bhai nay kaha I-16/4 is best option hai.
You can include B-17 possesion able plot in block F as well.
I have same question, where to invest 45-50 lacs?
