New city phase 2 is good for residence or not

Currently I am working in Islamabad and living in taxila. I want to buy a plot. I am considering two options: one is B-17 and second is a New City Phase 2 . B-17 price is very high at this time as compared to New City Phase 2. So i have decided to buy a plot in New City Phase 2 .

I am also considering the new CDA sector C-15/16. CDA has announced to open it in coming year.

please tell me the best option for me to buy a plot.

If you wish to keep the plot for a little longer while, i would suggest CDA sector. New City Phase 2 main bhi ap ko wait krna ho ga and with real estate investments, many of us are okay with waiting for a couple of years.

My pick would be the upcoming CDA Sector C-15/16 and i would like to know what other experts think of it.

when C-15/16 5,7,10 marla plot on installement will be annouced?

I am also interested to the know the plot prices of 5/7 and 10 marla plots in C-15/16.and when will open for auction.

i think B-17 is better than New City Phase 2.C-15 or C-16 will take time means long term and everybody know about CDA progress.
