Im planning to buy a 1 kanal plot budget up to 100 lacs near the city on thokar niaz baig side needs to start construction after 1.5 year. I have two option with me but need you guys advise.
1- to buy 1 kanal plot now to make home after 1.5 years which will be around 100lacs.
2-to but some small plots in good societies like. Lake city, dha prism, sui gas phase 2, nfc, bahriya orchard or if someone can advise which i can sell after 1.5 year to buy a good plot.
Im really confused what to do. Need expert advises plz
