Firs of all, I thank the forum for their valuable inputs. I am in planning process of buying a plot in B-17 Block E. My dealer gave me two option 30* 60 plot no 2424 street 100 price 1.7 million and 35*70 plot no 419b street 15 for 1.9 million.
Can you please advise about the price if its worth it in the current market
First you should decide about your size preference.
The 30x60 is not a bad plot location wise, but i think you may negotiate on the price a bit.

It seems to me that rs 19 lakhs for 35x70 in e block is expensive if you compare to prices in c block. Dont forget c block is developed and inside islamabad capital territory, whereas e block is far behind and outside capital territory and still in development stage.

Dear brother There is always minor fluctuation in e block prices dear u didnt mention in ur question that 2424 is corner plot being a corner plot asking price is fine if u can take a bargain of 50000 to 75000 on this deal then it will be a good deal as 2424 is a corner plot. 419b location is just normal nothing special even drawback is that its near to nallah and side location
As far as i know
3570 = 1.85 million 3060 = 1.625 million
But the price given to you is not that high that you may not finalize the deal try to negotiate with your dealer to get the best out of it with the least possible rate.

2424 is corner but it is beside school, some people does not prefer plot directly beside schools or commercial area, so the choice rests with you.
I would not go for it for more than 16.5.

The problem in b17 is that there are so many plots that are filled as they were in ditch, so u have to consider it also try to get installement plot if u want to invest
