I have a question plz someone help me .
My grand father was dead and he has 4 sons and 3 daughters . One son (ahmed) maried to a girl(sheza) and have one child(ali) from it . But unfortunaltey ahmed passed away .And his widow shaban married to 2nd son of my grand father . Can you tell me that ali has a right in property or not ? Bcux we are going to sell the house . Can ali claim thier portion of property or not?
